The
Abade waterfall is located about 11 km from Pirenopolis
on the road of the rock quarries and is located on private
property (Cabecai’s farm). A parking area, and
trails have been constructed going to the top of the
mountain range and leading to the State Park
of Pireneus. The falls are 21 meters high with a
beautiful pool for swimming. The water is quite cold
and it is best to time your visit when the sun is directly

of the falls.
