Inaugurated in March of 2001 the private nature preserve of Flor da Aguas is situated abour 6 kilometers from Pirenopolis, Goias. This is both a preserve and an activity center for a non-profit, non-governmental organization named Foundation for Nature (Funatura).The property borders the Vagafogo river with small waterfalls and pools. The main attraction is their trail leading into virgin cerrado landscape with protected flora and fauna. A meeting center was built with international funding.
