This is located in a beautiful canyon on the Paraguacu River about 5 kilometers from Mucuge. A trail to the north of town (sometimes dangerous, as accidents have occurred), follows first the Cumbuca and then the Paraguacu to the falls.

Another interesting place to visit in the area is at the confluence of two rivers that form a large lake- like stretch of calm water known as Mar de Espanha (Spanish Lake).
